As owner of Treacy Custom Homes LLC I have experience buying, planning, building and selling single family properties on the Main Line. I oversaw the teardown and development of new single-family homes in Willistown, Devon and Villanova and Berwyn PA. I also have experience in the rental market as well, renting and managing real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Over the years I have served in a number of volunteer roles. I was a Board Member and Past President of The Chamber of Commerce of Greater West Chester. As a member and past President of the Parent Guild at Villa Maria Academy, I helped facilitate social and fundraising events for the Academy. Currently, I serve as Treasurer of my Condominium Association in New Jersey, a position I have held since 2006. In that role I am an active member of the board and I manage all building finances and operations.
